Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used and evidence-based approach in counseling. This training program is designed to help individuals identify and overcome negative thought patterns, enhance interpersonal communication and effectively manage depression, anxiety and low self-confidence. Through practical CBT tools and techniques, participants will gain the skills needed to develop positive thinking, emotional balance and a more confident & resilient mindset.
