From my adolescent period I have been interested in Psychology. I read a lot. The problem my husband and I had, we tried to fix together. But we failed. Our relationship fell apart. In couple counseling we found ourselves again. One thing I understood very well that I should not take anything for granted. We need to spend time together. Furthermore, we need to express our feelings and need. We had great experience in counseling session.

I always needed a trustworthy listener and an unconditional guidance. Being an anxious person it was always hard for me to take control of my thought patterns and how they triggered my emotions.
